St David’s Poultry Team Ireland – Director
After leaving agricultural college, Liam completed a 3 year diploma in Poultry and has worked in all areas of the industry with layers, breeders, broilers and hatcheries before becoming a livestock manager for a poultry integrator. During this time, he also completed a diploma in Business Management. In 2008, Liam set up the Irish company with St David’s Poultry which he is a director of and has managed to date, provide a ‘one stop poultry shop’ and services to the Irish poultry industry.
