Joe started working with St David’s Poultry Team Ireland in September 2016. His main roles includes the distribution of medication and vaccines for poultry. He works closely with his colleagues, liaising with the vets and providing them with the onsite medication when required. Outside of St David’s, Joe enjoys baking and doing the odd 10k.
