As part of St David’s Poultry Team’s commitment to customer requirements, we have recently installed a new walk-in vaccine fridge to enable us to provide a solution to managing increasing vaccine demands. With uncertainty over Brexit still looming, our walk-in fridge will help manoeuvre us through the months ahead and provide future-proofing of our cold chain delivery process whilst allowing us to easily monitor and record requirements. With this new addition to our vaccine storage, it reaffirms our commitment to the safe storage of vaccines.
Aidan Doherty, St David’s Commercial Manager, explains ‘This investment demonstrates St David’s commitment to the increasing demands of controlled cold chain supply and storage. More products than ever are temperature-sensitive and need careful protection including biological products that require a temperature controlled environment at all stages of manufacturing and distribution, so the control of storage temperatures is vital in maintaining the quality and effectiveness of vaccines. Whether we are distributing pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals or vaccines, St David’s have packaging, monitoring and distribution solutions that can help deliver your products at the right time and in the right condition.’
