Sophie graduated from Harper Adams University College in 2005 with an Honours Degree in Animal Health. Subsequently, she then worked in several different animal health based roles. Including six years working for Hook2Sisters as their QA Manager, overseeing compliance and working with farms across the South West.
Sophie joined St David’s Poultry Team field services team in October 2017, after having an extended maternity leave to have two children. When she’s not working as part of the field services team Sophie divides her time between helping out on her family’s mixed farm & looking after their two small children. When she does manage to have free time she enjoys playing hockey.
