Dave joined St David’s Poultry Team in 2019. Having been a free-range layer farmer himself in the West Country, he fully understands the challenges faced by the agriculture sector. Dave’s knowledge on cleaning and turnaround programmes is extensive and largely his role is providing consultancy to poultry clients on cleaning and disinfection, carrying out sampling and providing a fogging service to sites across the UK. He draws on his experience in the poultry sector also to create bespoke solutions for clients and creating cost-effective plans to match each set up.
